With over five decades as a real estate professional and a decade of teaching aspiring professionals, David brings unparalleled expertise and experience to the classroom. His commitment to excellence has shaped successful careers and fostered lifelong client and student relationships. David is a licensed broker in Idaho and in Florida. He also holds teaching certifications with Idaho Real Estate Commission and the Florida Real Estate Commission. He is a faculty member for the Florida Realtor Association, and the National Association of Realtors.
